Programs & Services
In order to fulfill our mission, IHS:
- Develops and creates affordable, accessible housing for low-income households through our Special Needs Rental Housing Program
- Provides funding, assistance and rehabilitation services through homeowner occupied housing repair and rehabilitation (HRR)
- Builds new and/or renovates existing housing; provides counseling, financing and down payment assistant for first time homebuyers in our First Homeownership Opportunity Program (1HOP)
